We recommend taking 1-2 vials of ORAL I.V. 10-15 minutes prior to activities of physical exertion that can contribute to dehydration, such as fitness, exercise or sports. Post exercise we recommend taking 1 vial with plenty of water to help the body rehydrate. Depending on your level of activity and personal fitness, it is recommended to take one vial of ORAL I.V. with water for every 2 to 4 hours of strenuous activity.
